Data Deletion Instructions

Kasbly, Inc. ("Kasbly", "we", "us", or "our") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we store, how you can request its deletion, and how to remove information we received through Facebook or Instagram when you connect those accounts to our AI sales and marketing automation Services.
What Data We Can Delete
When you ask us to delete your data, we remove the personal data associated with your Kasbly account, including: • Account and profile details (name, email, phone number, business information). • Messages, conversations, and content processed by your AI agents. • Contacts and leads you imported or captured through connected channels. • Access tokens and identifiers we received when you connected Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other channels. • Usage and analytics data linked to your account.
How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your data in either of these ways: • In-app: sign in to app.kasbly.com, open Settings → Account, and choose “Delete my account and data”. • By email: send a request from your account email to admin@kasbly.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, and tell us which account or data you want removed so we can verify your identity. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Deleting Data Connected Through Facebook or Instagram
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, Kasbly receives only the data needed to run your AI agents — such as your Page or account ID, access tokens, and the messages exchanged with your customers. To remove this data: 1. Disconnect the integration inside Kasbly (Settings → Integrations → Facebook/Instagram → Remove), or remove Kasbly from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations. 2. Send a deletion request to admin@kasbly.com, or use the in-app deletion option above. Once disconnected, we revoke the stored access tokens and delete the related data. If you submit a request through Facebook's data deletion callback, we process it automatically and provide a confirmation code and a status URL where you can track it.
Identity Verification
To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before we delete data — for example, by confirming the request from the email address on file. This prevents unauthorized deletion requests.
Deletion Timeframe
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backups that contain your data are overwritten on our normal backup rotation cycle, after which no copies remain.
Data We May Retain
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or for legitimate business purposes — such as records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is protected in line with our Privacy Policy.
